Ashtanga yoga is one of the hatha yoga techniques. Practice includes a certain sequence of asanas (poses) interconnected by vinyasas (a system of dynamic movement). Normally, the session lasts one and a half or two hours. The yoga class will be led by a teacher from Yoga Space – a yoga studio for physical, mental and spiritual development.
